Our approach
Session Assistant is local-first by design, reflecting the sensitivity of client and session information. It includes no app account, advertising, third-party analytics or behavioural tracking.
Data in the app
- Client and session records stay inside the app's storage on your device.
- Finance records are stored on-device for professional practice tracking.
- Local reminders are scheduled through Apple's on-device notification system.
- Thales Studio does not collect these records on its own servers or operate a backend that transfers them.
Calendar and device permissions
Apple Calendar access is requested only when you enable the relevant feature. Linked events are read-only within the current product boundary; the app does not edit or delete calendar events. Face ID or device-passcode verification is handled by Apple's system interface and no biometric data is provided to the app.
Backups and support
An encrypted backup is created only when you ask for one, and you choose where it is stored. Support emails are prepared as a draft in an email app you choose, where you can review them before sending. Adding sensitive information requires explicit confirmation.
Retention and deletion
Records stay on the device until you delete them, reset all local data or remove the app. Thales Studio cannot remotely access or delete records on your device.
This website
This site does not use non-essential cookies, advertising or behavioural analytics. When served through Cloudflare, limited technical network records may be processed by Cloudflare for delivery and security under its own policies.
