Scope
These terms govern your use of the Session Assistant app provided by Thales Studio. By using the app, you agree to these terms and Apple's applicable standard end-user licence agreement.
Product purpose
Session Assistant is an administrative planning and practice-tracking tool for independent professionals. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, clinical decisions, legal, tax or accounting advice, and it is not an emergency service.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your device and backups secure.
- Meet applicable record-keeping, professional confidentiality and retention duties.
- Ensure information entered into the app is accurate and properly authorised.
- Verify financial and tax records with an appropriate professional.
Purchases and subscriptions
If paid features are offered, the price, billing period and any trial will be shown in the App Store purchase interface before purchase. Payments and subscription management are handled through your Apple account; cancellations are made in Apple's subscription settings.
Availability
We take reasonable care to keep the product secure and usable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Updates may change functionality for security, compatibility or product-scope reasons.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the app. Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
