Scope
These terms govern your use of the Seans Asistanı app provided by Thales Studio. By using the app, you agree to these terms and Apple's applicable standard end-user licence agreement.
Purpose of the app
Seans Asistanı is an administrative planning and practice-tracking tool for independent professionals. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, clinical decisions, legal, tax or accounting advice, and it is not an emergency service.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your device and backups secure.
- Meet applicable record-keeping, professional confidentiality and retention duties.
- Ensure information entered into the app is accurate and properly authorised.
- Verify financial and tax records with an appropriate professional.
Free exploration and monthly plan
Seans Asistanı is free to download, and you can explore the anonymous sample records included with the app without starting a subscription. A monthly auto-renewable subscription is required to create and edit your own records.
The current local price, billing period and any free trial available to your eligible Apple Account are shown in Apple's interface before purchase. Apple handles payment, renewal and subscription management; cancel from the subscription settings in your Apple Account.
When the plan ends
Existing records are not deleted when the subscription ends. Reading records, exporting an encrypted backup, restoring a backup and resetting all local data after authentication remain available; creating new records and editing become read-only. Full access may continue during Apple's billing grace period.
Availability
We take reasonable care to keep the app secure and usable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Updates may change some functionality for security, compatibility or improvements.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the app. Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
